Bobbie Shreiner

President & Senior Partner

Bobbie is the President and CEO of Progression Partners and brings over thirty years of C-Suite Facilitation, Talent Management, Business Development, Leadership Development and Executive Coaching to the practice. Her specialty is coaching highly valued, emerging leaders (or groups) in creating top performing teams and connecting business performance to organizational results. In her quest and passion for better coaching models, she co-developed “Your 24” which creates immediate traction for highly valued leaders in their new roles, team management, organizational change and times of transition. Candidates who have participated in “Your 24” have called their experience “transformational” and a “game changer”. Follow up coaching and actions plans hold candidates accountable and guarantee successful outcomes.

Prior to Progression Partners, Bobbie has held senior strategic leadership positions in several global companies such as Regional Learning Officer (Midwest) for Jostens Learning, Vice President of Right Management (Midwest), Executive Director for Ravenhouse International (five state territory) and National Vice President of Channel Sales for Adayana. Her business experience also brings a rich background to leaders in strategic planning, facilitation, team alignment, organization and business development.

Partnering with Executive and Senior Leadership, Bobbie has clients in the many industries such as automotive (JiffyLube, Bridgestone, Goodyear), healthcare (Ascension Health, Franciscan Health Alliance), agriculture (Case IH), manufacturing (Cummins, Brother), non-profit (Goodwill, United Way of Central Indiana) and insurance industries (OneAmerica, Westfield Insurance, Cincinnati Financial). Additionally, she has worked with all levels of seniority yet, specializes in creating programs for leaders challenged by the transition of tactical versus strategic leadership. She helps connect individual/team performance to achieve organizational impact and results.

Bobbie graduated from Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Education and has graduate work from Baldwin-Wallace, Berea, Ohio in Administration and Supervision and University of Phoenix in Organizational Development.


Gretchen Harfst

Vice President & Senior Partner

Gretchen Harfst has been recognized as a global operations leader who effectively aligns teams, resources and processes to efficiently exceed targets. She has proven expertise in:

  • strategic planning
  • process improvement
  • executive coaching
  • change management
  • organizational readiness

She is a senior partner at Progression Partners and heads operations. Gretchen is an experienced Executive Coach highly effective in developing others to succeed in their roles. Gretchen has partnered with senior leadership worldwide to assess operations, devise alternatives and implement solutions to address complex and dynamic situations. Gretchen also possesses a deep background in business development and product innovation in a competitive, multi-channel (B2B2C) environment.

Prior to joining Progression Partners, Gretchen was a senior leader at RCI, a division of Wyndham Worldwide (NYSE:WYN) a global, publicly traded Fortune 500 leader in the hospitality industry. Gretchen held business development, account leadership and operational roles in firms engaged in the staffing, telecommunications and insurance industries.

She earned her BS in Operations and Systems Management from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business. Additionally, Gretchen is certified in Project Management and has been awarded a Six Sigma Green Belt.
