Program Overview

The NIHRA Mentorship Program connects HR professionals at all career stages: entry, mid, and senior level  to support career growth, strengthen engagement, and increase member retention. Through structured monthly touchpoints and flexible mentor/mentee interactions, participants will build meaningful relationships and actionable development plans.

Program Goals
- Help HR professionals reach their next career milestone
- Increase NIHRA membership retention and engagement
- Provide networking and professional development opportunities
- Foster cross-level knowledge sharing within the HR community

Program Structure

Duration:
- 6 Months 

Participants:
- Mentors: Mid-level and senior HR professionals
- Mentees: Entry-level, mid-level, or transitioning HR professionals

Matching Criteria:
- Career level and goals
- HR specialty (benefits, talent, ER, compliance, etc.)
- Personal development interests
