The NIHRA Mentorship Program connects HR professionals at all career stages: entry, mid, and senior level to support career growth, strengthen engagement, and increase member retention. Through structured monthly touchpoints and flexible mentor/mentee interactions, participants will build meaningful relationships and actionable development plans.

Time Commitment
Participants should expect a manageable commitment of:
- One mentor/mentee meeting per month (approximately 45-60 minutes)
- Participation in NIHRA mentorship luncheons and program activities
- Engagement with optional resources and monthly discussion topics
Program Structure
Each month, participants receive a guided curriculum that includes:
- Discussion topics and conversation starters
- Activities and reflection exercises
- Articles, videos, guides, and coaching resources
Topics may cover:
